We ship all of our pottery UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. Fragile items are packed double boxed and items will be replaced if damaged in shipping.
Typically, 25% is added to your order for shipping and handling.
Returns
Returns are accepted for any reason for a full refund. Please contact Tinamou Pottery before returning an item.
